1. Who we are

These terms cover Game Guide and this website, provided by Wass Tech, SLU, a company registered in Andorra in the Registre de Societats Mercantils under no. 22183, NRT L-717260-S, with registered address at Carrer de l'Obac 10, 1r 1a, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra ("we", "us"). 2. Purchases through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms.

3. The service

Game Guide is web software that gives you step checklists, maps, video moments, progress tracking and answers to your questions for supported games. We may add, change or remove guides and features to improve the service. We will not remove a feature you paid for during a billing period without offering a pro-rata refund.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription gives you access to every guide and feature while it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the period already paid. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change, and it applies only from your next renewal.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Answers to your questions

The Ask feature uses an AI model to answer questions from the guide's content. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Use them as help, not as a guarantee, and do not enter personal or sensitive information in your questions.

7. Acceptable use

Use Game Guide for your own personal play. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the guides, scrape the service, share your access with others, attempt to break its security, or use the assistant to generate unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The software, guide text, maps, design and other content we create belong to Wass Tech, SLU or our licensors. Game Guide is an independent, unofficial product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Game names, characters and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the game a guide covers. Videos are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of their creators. If you believe something on the service infringes your rights, write to hello@wasstech.dev and we will review and remove it promptly where appropriate.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra, and the courts of Andorra have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim that the law of your country of residence gives you.
