Who is responsible

Wass Tech, SLU, NRT L-717260-S, Carrer de l'Obac 10, 1r 1a, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@wasstech.dev. We process data under Andorra's Llei 29/2021 qualificada de protecció de dades personals and, for users in the EU and EEA, the GDPR.

What we collect and why

• Progress and settings (ticked steps, language, preferences) are stored in your browser on your device. We do not receive them unless a feature you use needs to sync them.
• Questions you send to Ask, and the guide context needed to answer them, are sent to our AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate the answer. Basis: providing the service you asked for. Do not include personal information in questions.
• Purchase and account data (email, country, subscription status) to give you access and support you. Basis: performing our contract with you.
• Support emails you send us. Basis: answering you.
• Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the service secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest. Kept for up to 30 days.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects and processes your payment details and billing information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.

Videos

Walkthrough videos are embedded from YouTube. When you play one, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and receive data about your device under Google's privacy policy.

Who else processes data

Hosting provider (Cloudflare), AI model provider (OpenAI), email provider (Cloudflare and Google) and Paddle. Some are based outside Andorra and the EEA; where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records for as long as your subscription is active, then as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails for up to 2 years. Logs for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it, by writing to hello@wasstech.dev. You can also complain to the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA) or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
