Refund Policy

14-day refund

If Game Guide is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of any renewal, and you get the full amount of that payment back. No reason needed.

How to ask

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can:

• request it at paddle.net using the email you bought with, or
• email us at hello@wasstech.dev with your order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not normally refunded, but if something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will look at it fairly.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and some other countries have a legal right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days; this policy gives you at least that.
